Kipper Snacks – In Action! [NEW RECIPES]
After introducing the magnificent Bay of Fundy and explaining how herring are caught and prepared for our Kipper Snacks, we round out our Canadian leg of the Global Spotlight Series with two BRAND NEW RECIPES featuring these tiny fish themselves. Herring are a delightful little fish, great to snack on straight out of the can (hence “kipper snacks”), but they work very well in recipes, too.
Peppered Herring Cheese Spread
